DHS Preventing Terrorism
The Department of Homeland Security has warned that in the coming months there may be a heightened threat environment for domestic terrorism. Domestic Extremists are at present the most potentially violent threat, citing the past attacks on a supermarket in Buffalo. The main concern is racial extremists and extremist supporters of pro-life and pro-choice.
Labeling Terrorist Group
A Georgia Representative is pushing for legislation to brand 2 abortion rights groups as terrorist organizations. She argues that the groups Jane’s Revenge, and Ruth Sent Us due to threats and violence. They have been blamed for fire bombing a woman’s pregnancy center.
